PPS filter felt is one of the main filter material able to bear the high temperature according to processed of production technology and artificial material of other high-temperature filter felt, made by polyvinyl sulphur aether(PPS) fiber that produced by U.S.Z.,Japan,etc.

1、 190℃ of working temperature, 232℃ of short-term working temperature, 285℃ of melting point, oxygen index of limit 34-35

2、 Oxygen content is in 15% or following occasions are applicable.

3、 Fuel include sulphur or containing sulphure oxide in the flue gas, are proved to the fibre of resist acid and alkali corroding, resist chemistry very well.

4、 Flue gas including moisture occasions

5、 Under 190-232℃ of mining condition, air cloth proportion up to 5:1 are going to do clear dust on the line and it up to 6:1 to do clear dust out of line,PPS filter bag have excellent performance noted down.

PPS fibre can keep intensity completely and bear chemistry naturing inherently, keep good filtration performance among the abominable environment, reach ideal service life. In coal boiler, rubbish incinerator, power plant of fly ash filtering of pulse clear dust catcher are an ideal filtration material of PPS filter felt.
