Polypropylene Spunbonded Nonwoven Cloth

（1） Medical and health products (10----80g/m2)
　　　Traditional textile has been replaced by adhesive-bonded cloth , and it is used in
　　　disposable medical & hygienic products. At abroad, adhesive-bonded clothes are widely
　　　used in disposable operation coats, caps, shoes, socks, bed sheets, tablecloth, and
　　　other things like bandage, emergency bags, operation cloth, and accouching bags.
（2） Disposable dirt-proof cloth (18---40g/m2)
　　　Because of the advantage of its performance and price, adhesive-bonded cloth is
　　　used at abroad on the dirt-proof coats of painters and dustmen.
（3） Harvest cloth in agriculture (15----70g/m2)
　　　In order to prevent cold, absorb moisture, prevent insects, irradiation of sunshine,
　　　and achieve maturity of vegetable, Agricultural, Herding and Fishing Department has
　　　the desire that the Textile Department shall provide household adhesive-bonded clo-
　　　th.But till now, only a small quantity of short fiber adhesive-bonded cloth is prov-
　　　ided. It is only spin & stick long thread adhesive-bonded cloth that can meet the
　　　requests with regards of the performance and practical use of products.
（4） Household cloth (15---50g/m2)
　　　The adhesive-bonded cloth has the advantage of high intensity, wear-resisting, dur-
　　　able, crimple-resisting, poison resisting, moth resisting, chemical corruption, it
　　　is the excellent material for furniture, such as the material for sofa, simmons mat-
　　　tress, luggages and lining of bags.
（5） Interlining and package material
　　　Because of the advantage of easy sticking, high strength, and low price, the adhe-
　　　sive-bonded cloth is used as lining in shoe industry, especially in making sports s-
　　　hoes.
（6） Articles for traveling and daily use. (50---135g/m2)
　　　The adhesive-bonded cloth can make various kinds of traveling and civil products ac-
　　　cording to requests. It has the advantage of low price, acid & alkali resisting, g-
　　　ood diathermancy, easy washing and drying, light in weight, convenient and good loo-
　　　king of printed products.Various kinds of products developed: kinds of handbags, tr-
　　　aveling bags shopping bags, various kinds of sandals, traveling cloth, cleaning clo-
　　　th, shoe cleaning cloth, raincoat, curtain, tablecloth and wall papers.
It is also suitable for:
（1） Industry---roadbed cloth, bank protecting cloth, water-proof rolling material c-
　　　loth, automobile decorating cloth, filter material.
（2） Shoe leather---lining of shoe leather, shoe bags, shoe sheath, compounding material.
（3） Household—tablecloth, sofa and bed sheet cloth, one-off underwear.
（4） Medical protecting tool---safety coats, operation coats, respirators, caps, oversl-
　　　eeves, bed sheets, pillow cases and so on.
（5） Packing---compounding cement bags, quilt storage bags, western suits pockets, shopp-
　　　ing bags, gifts bags, luggage and lining of luggage bags.
Charisteristics of Products:
（1） Light in weight: The main material is polypropylene resin with proportion of only
　　　0.9, it is only three fifth of cotton, it has a soft feel.
（2） Softness: It is made up of thin fiber (2-3D) melt into shape by heat.The products is
　　　comfortable.
（3） Poking water, ventilate: polypropylene cuts are not bibulous with water proportion
　　　of zero. The products poke water easily. They are made of 100% fiber. Their porosity
　　　and ventilate ability are good. They keep dry of surface and they are easy to wash.
（4） No poison, no thrill: the products use raw material accord with FDA food standard.
　　　It does not contain chemical elements. It has steady performance without poison or
　　　peculiar smell and it does not activate skin.
（5） Germ resisting, chemical medicine resisting: polypropylene belongs to blunt chemical
　　　matter. It does not cause moth. It can separate germs and insects in liquid from co-
　　　rruption. Mightiness of product will not been weakened through the advantage of germ
　　　resisting, alkali corruption resisting.
（6） Good material quality: The product is sticked by polypropylene thread heated. The m-
　　　ightiness is higher than normal short fiber products. And it has little difference
　　　between vertical and horizontal mightiness. The soften point is around 160℃.It can
　　　be dyed, and it can undertake fire-resisting, static resisting, printing and other
　　　special process. Macromolecule compounding rolling material combined with plastic b-
　　　ecomes a potential new industrial material. It is widely replacing traditional text-
